About ME

I’ve spent the last seven years training tactical athletes across the military, federal agencies, and first responder communities. With over 12 years of coaching experience, my focus is on building high-level performance that actually lasts.

I graduated from Castleton University with a B.S. in Exercise Science, hold my CSCS, and completed the OPEX CCP program, specializing in individualized program design and long-term athlete development. I’ve also served as the head coach for multiple CrossFit gyms and hold a CrossFit Level 2 certificate.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide spectrum of athletes—from Olympic lifters and elite gymnasts to tactical operators and individuals recovering from injury. My approach is grounded in practical application, including hands-on training through the Active Life Immersion program, where I refined my ability to assess and program for clients dealing with joint pain or mobility limitations. Additionally, I’ve attended Powermonkey Camp 2.0 and 4.0 under Olympians David Durante and Chad Vaughn, honing technical proficiency in gymnastics and weightlifting.

My goal is simple: help you get better every day through smart, individualized programming designed to help you reach your goals and move pain-free.

Progress Requires Evolution

As your body gets stronger, your program must evolve to keep pushing your limits.

You Don’t Have to Stop Moving

Complete rest rarely builds performance. Smart, targeted adjustments keep you training safely.

Every Movement Limitation Has a Root Cause

We assess movement patterns to find where to unlock your strength.

Coaching Principles

I do not sell or recommend a cabinet full of unnecessary supplements, and I refuse to chase passing fitness fads. Instead, I specialize in the  execution of foundational principles that are frequently overlooked:

  • Deliberate training 3 to 5 days a week.

  • Real-food nutrition for genuine fuel.

  • Quality sleep of 7 to 8 hours nightly.

  • Proactive stress management techniques.

  • Optimal sun exposure every day.

  • Consistent hydration aiming for 1/2 your BW in ounces.

True longevity is rarely flashy—it is built on a framework of professional consistency so you can remain present, capable, and thriving with your family in the real world.
